I am a creative, business focused, multi passionate founder, advisor, teacher, experience creator and community connector. With a firm belief that the intersection between strategy, practicality and magic is where success lives.

My 30 years experience in a variety of business management roles and have supported and empowered many founders and entrepreneurs along the way. Some say my events career started in 2006 and some say when I threw the best parties in high school, depends who you talk to.

I am very driven and intense, follow my heart and have learned that this path can be extremely hard sometimes but the most gratifying ever.

Empowerment I believe is drawn from having inner awareness and intuition so I share all the wellbeing tools I have accumulated.

My obsession with the hero’s journey and what makes people authentically magnetic is the raison d’etre behind the Hot, Magical and Human podcast. When people with passion share their stories, we all learn a lot.

I have studied up to 500 hrs in Tantra Hatha Yoga, studies Ayurveda, cyclical living, the energy body along with many additional workshops. I am a Reiki Master and have taught a multitude of groups meditations, intuition tools and breath work. I particularly love sharing these tools for achievers.

As a forever student. I go into the vortex of a subject and come up with the ability to share the knowledge in an easy digestible way always with the intention of connection people closer to their truth and heart.

Am passionate about travel, time by the sea my fave being the Mediterranean, love to cook, especially for friends and family. Creating a spread for them to enjoy.

I have recently founded an initiative called Good for the Lev to unite and uplift the Jewish community and our allies in honour of my mother and best friend Anna-Lee z”l that I lost Dec 2023.

She was the original bridge builder so carrying on her legacy.

I actually stop and smell flowers and sit under trees.

life motto - we can never have enough olive oil or orgasms in our life and they are the foundations of aging well. Yes, my humour is part dry and part spicy.
